Map To Billy's Bar and Restaurant in Hua Hin, Thailand
We've got a couple of maps here. The top one is courtesy of Google Earth Maps to which I have added many points of interest and the lower one is one that I've done using my Garmin etrex VISTA Cx GPSr. The Google Earth Map map has over 100 placemarks and I'm adding more. Suggestions are welcome. I can't compete with Google Earth on possible detail but it might be easier to print out the lower one to put in your daybag.
I got my Garmin a couple of years ago and have spent a lot of time making maps of Hua Hin and others areas of Thailand. As I get time, I will add more of these maps in case some of you find them of use. Commercial GPS maps for a number GPS units are available for sale in Thailand but they may be too expensive for the short term visitor.
For GPSers who enjoy geocaching, there are many geocaches in Thailand and even a few in the Hua Hin area. Be sure and check www.geocaching.com to get the coordinates as new geocaches are added all over Thailand every week.
